- Take 1 tbsp of achar ka masala (pref south indian pickle).
- You need 2 tbsp of Corn flour.
- Take 1 of big onion chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric.
- Use 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Get 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- Provide 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- Take 2 tbsp of Roasted oats.
- You need 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
- Take of Oil for deep frying.
- Provide handful of Dhaniya pudina leaves chopped.
Instructions to make Achari chicken fritters :
- In a heavy bottom pan add oil and chopped onions after the onions turn golden brown add ginger and garlic paste saute it for sometime
- To it add turmeric red chilli powder garam masala powder salt and chicken keema and cook for 15 mins or till done and sprinkle dhaniya and pudina leaves
- Mash the boiled rice to it add roasted oats cooked chicken keema chat masala achar ka masala corn flour tomato sauce salt and mix thoroughly
- From this form small balls and roll into desired shape round or oval or bullet
- Heat the oil and deep fry till golden brown
- Serve hot with chutney
